"[T]he St. Louis Planning Commission is expected to approve form-based code for Forest Park Southeast (FPSE), the neighborhood that encompasses The Grove entertainment district and the residential blocks between Highway 40 (I-64) on the north and the Union Pacific railroad tracks to the south," reports Greg Johnson.

The 350-acre neighborhood will gain seven new types of neighborhood forms, focusing on neighborhoods and corridors in the area. More details and a zoning map are included in the article.

Johnson also offers the opinion that the new form-based code represents a "huge step forward" for St. Louis, because it will give the public a voice in how the neighborhood looks.
