Gallup and the city of Tulsa have partnered on the new Gallup-Tulsa CitiVoice Index.

The Gallup-Tulsa CitiVoice Index, launched in November, provides "an assessment that will allow Tulsa to measure 45 key indicators of overall city vitality," according to an article by Kristin Musulin.
"Gallup will analyze data based on cohesion in neighborhoods, hope for Tulsa’s future, vocational pride, economic competitiveness and the Birth to Eight Strategy for Tulsa, also known as BEST, which focuses on early childhood development and education," according to a press release on the Tulsa website announcing the new project.
The city of Tulsa is providing a pilot for the metric. Gallup and Urbanova developed the metric earlier this year, as reported in a separate article by Musulin from August. The idea is for more cities to adopt the metric in the future.
