At the same time as announcing the forthcoming groundbreaking, Plymouth Housing announced the financial success of its PROOF Campaign, a fundraising campaign that has raised $59.1 million from corporations, foundations, and individuals in Seattle to help pay for a new home for St. Francis House.
According to the article, "the affordable housing developer said its PROOF Campaign will power the creation of 600 apartments for those experiencing homelessness by 2023."
