According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, over 106,000 people in the United States work directly with forests in jobs, such as conservation scientists, forest managers, and loggers. But there are many more professions associated with trees and forests. This American Forest magazine article highlights several of these jobs, including:

  • Science Teachers
  • Sculptors
  • Whiskey Barrel Makers
  • Wildlife Photographers
