This week's guests are two developers who have distinguished themselves by building award-winning places people love to claim as their own... Daryl Davis is the town founder, along with her husband Robert, of Seaside, Florida. Located in the Florida Panhandle, Seaside is one of the most talked about communities in America. It was founded in 1981on an 80-acre tract of land. hris Leinberger is a land use strategist and developer who combines an understanding of business realities and concern for social and environmental issues.
