"PRESSMAN: Are you hoping that the ultimate result of all of the--these deliberations and some controversy will be something that pays more attention to aesthetic considerations than to financial considerations?Mr. LIEBESKIND: Well, you can't divide them. I--I--I made a scheme which is practical. It is to be implemented on a practical way. That's why I proposed that--that 1776 Freedom Tower because it is an antenna building, which free-standing alone will be very expensive to build, and an office building, which--which together create a kind of synergy and--and--and profitability for the building so that you can have offices but you can also have an inspiring building that--that soars into the sky and--and re-establishes that incredible skyline of--of Manhattan."
