"The first 'tiny home neighborhood' in Georgia is coming to the small city of Clarkston," reports J.D. Capelouto.

"The DeKalb County suburb approved 'The Cottages on Vaughan' at a Tuesday night City Council meeting," explains Capelouto. "Situated one block from downtown Clarkston, the eight homes will be built on permanent foundations on the half-acre lot."

The diminutive size of the homes (at 250 to 500 square feet, eight in total on half an acre), are matched by the price tag: $100,000 to $125,000.
