New Mobile Platform Will Offer Transit Discounts for Students, Shoppers and More

Mobile ticketing app moovel announced this week a groundbreaking new acquisition that will allow new opportunities to offer subsidies and discounts for users of shared mobility services.

According to a press release from moovel:

moovel (becoming REACH NOW), the leading provider of mobile ticketing solutions in North America, announced Wednesday that it has acquired Validated, a technology platform that allows businesses, universities, retailers and restaurants to subsidize transportation for customers and employees and helps drive retail traffic to brick-and-mortar stores by offering ride subsidies to users of shared mobility services.

According to the press release, moovel plans to integrate the mobility benefits available through the Validate platform its mobile ticketing services for public transit agencies.
