"European intercity bus company FlixBus announced it has expanded its U.S. presence to the East Coast," reports Katie Pyzyk.

"Routes will connect New York City, Baltimore, Washington, DC and Richmond, VA," according to Pyzyk.

The news comes just a year after FlixBus launched intercity service on the West Coast. The company was already the largest bus network in Europe.
