David Alpert and Alex Baca update the ongoing advocacy work and resulting revisions to the D.C. Comprehensive Plan Framework Element.

D.C. Council Chairperson Phil Mendelson recently released a set of proposed revisions, 15 months after the D.C. Office of Planning submitted proposed changes to the Framework Element, providing the occasion for the article.
