According to an article in The Denver Post, more community land trusts are being created in Colorado to help more find their footing in the housing market.

"For 15 years, land trusts have been quietly helping people buy homes in Denver’s Lowry, Cole and Speer neighborhoods through the nonprofit Colorado Community Land Trust," according to an article by Jose Rubino.
"Efforts to create new trusts and extend that reach have been ramping up since 2017 and are now poised make big impacts this year and beyond," adds Rubino.
The new Elevation Community Land Trust, located in Aurora, provides such an example of new trusts. Rubino details work on the trust's first home to hit the market, as well as future plans for more.
