Those empty-nesters are expected to embrace neighborhoods where they will not need a car as much, neighborhoods reminiscent of where many grew up... In Westminster, a new urban community is growing straight out of the prairie. Bradburn, 120 acres that will look more like Denver's South Gaylord Street than a typical residential roundabout, is being built along 120th Avenue."
