Alter Group's 2 million sq. ft. development, nation's largest ever on Native American Land, is expected to create up to 15,000 new jobs.
"'This is one of America's tightest markets,' says Michael Alter, president of the firm. 'Because this is one of the last large land sites in Scottsdale, we will be able to offer space users very competitive rates.'"
