Santa Clarita Planning Director Steps Down

Jeff Lambert, well-known throughout California as the former California Chapter APA president, and planning director of the fast-growing, but well-planned city of Santa Clarita, CA, announces plans to step down and begin his own consulting business: "Lambert, who became Santa Clarita's top planning official in 1996, was behind the strategy that local officials have credited with spurring the cleanup of the defunct Bermite munitions factory in the center of the city...
