"..the proposed updates include standards for outdoor lighting, landscape buffering, pedestrian access, traffic flow, mixed-use development standards, new types of housing and new cluster subdivision options, besides removing outdated provisions. Other provisions regulate the height of signs and enact waterfront setbacks and height limitations to preserve waterfront views...The newly revised zoning code...will eventually be available online, with links that let users access sections without thumbing through the entire document."
