Inadequate planning at the north and west edges of Sydney, Australia have led to complaints by new residents. "While access to recycled water and some community programs were good, inadequate planning had left the area with poor transport, heavy mortgages and isolated people." Local analysts feel that infill will be a better solution, as well as a reduction of red tape.
