Hank Baker's company, Forest City Stapleton, is redeveloping the former Stapleton Airport into a new neighborhood of 12,000 homes and 35,000 jobs in the heart of Denver. Adam Meister's efforts in Baltimore are considerably more modest. He's taking on that city's tough inner city, one block at a time.
