Ironically, residents are drawn to Missoula for its beautiful landscape and natural amenities, yet continued growth pressures has meant increased building density both upwards and outwards resulting in new projects blocking visual access from older neighbors. "One day, your neighbor splits his lot. The next day, he puts up a second house, and it totally blocks your view of the mountain or of a tree or even of the sunshine."
