Washington Post "Selling Us" columnist Margaret Webb Pressler writes "I have plenty of opinions about how stores work and don't work. When I'm out shopping, I can't stop myself from analyzing even the littlest things and wondering why they're done that way. Often I bristle at tiny transgressions that I find annoying, mostly issues that would be so easy to fix, if only anyone would bother...It turns out that the mall's successes and failures are fascinating.
