A new fully automated parking garage stores cars efficiently and effortlessly.
As density and costs increase in downtowns, there is a new tool to use land more efficiently. Behind the Summit Grand Parc apartment building in Washington D.C. lies an unassuming looking building. Inside, however, is one of only two fully automated parking garages in the United States. Drive in, park, get out, and your car is measured by lasers and delivered to its own stall.
