Will a new Frank Gehry building revive Jerusalem's declining commercial center?

Arnold Schwarzenegger, and the California architect Frank Gehry will be the guests of honor for the cornerstone-laying ceremony of the Museum of Tolerance in Jerusalem, designed by Gehry. "The two are joining forces - perhaps unknowingly, as they are not exactly knowledgeable about Jerusalem - in a plan to terminate what is perhaps the only site in Jerusalem that deserves to be called a city square."
