Duke Realty unveils their vision for a 1700 acre mixed use project in Boone County, Indiana.
Duke Realty has disclosed the name and developed an architectural vision to guide the construction of one of the state's largest new home and business developments. Named Anson in memory of Boone County's 19th century native son Anson Mills, the project is planned on at least 1,700 acres on the east side of I-65 between Zionsville and Lebanon. "Architect Richard J. Flierl, of Atlanta, Ga., outlined a new urbanist design."
