Los Angeles Commercial real estate broker Ed Rosenthal has gained notice for his unorthodox marketing medium: poetry.
This dedicated versifier has brokered some of the most high-profile sales in the city, including most recently the historic Eastern Columbia Building. He has used his poems to promote himself (articles have appeared in L.A. Times, L.A. Downtown News and California Real Estate Journal) and, in one case, to request a 30-day escrow extension. Rosenthal also performed in the San Francisco PCBC conference at a Roddan Paolucci Roddan panel on urban infill.
