More Contra Constans find that they are becoming united against sprawl and traffic. The Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors voted in favor of the urban limit line proposal and is expected to finalize its vote this week, along with agreeing to evaluate a "smart growth" proposal over the next 18 months.
