The vehicle -- developed jointly by the US Army and the Chicago manufacturer International Truck and Engine Corporation -- was revealed at a Las Vegas trade show last week. However, with sales of the Hummer slowing, "the era of bigger-is-always-better may have passed, even in size-obsessed America."
