The Indian capital New Delhi's Lutyens villas were in the news this week, first to be demolished, then saved by intervention of the Prime Minister. But are they really safe? Intbau's Indian reporter thinks not, in a country with no heritage legislation, no listings, and huge development pressures. Illustrated with plans and images.
