[The report landed the EPA IG] squarely in the crossfire of presidential politics...

A certified public accountant with almost 30 years in federal government auditing [Nikki] Tinsley hardly seems flustered by the uproar. She pointed out that she has audited both Democratic and Republican administrations, and that neither has liked criticism."
