Loveland, OH, may have the state's first plans for a cohousing development.

The rest of the country has a sprinkling of cohousing communities, often in college towns, Blank said... Still, she foresees cohousing continuing to grow as people learn more about it and recognize the benefits of having neighbors who are more than just fellow occupants. 'They realize this isn't so weird,' she said."
