"We deal with so many people who move into Clarksville from different areas, and when you mention living in downtown to them, they love it because of the urban conveniences. That's what they're used to, and it's what they want," Holleman said."We are seeing more demand for housing in downtown, and I think that once a nice, little development is built, it will change everything downtown. The specialty shops and little coffee shops will be able to better survive."
