"E-Government is the apt title of a new report that provides an outstanding overview of technology tools and products that many local governments are considering, such as online permitting, e-mail listservs, delivery of electronic planning documents, and web-based mapping."

"... APA's Information Technology Division began in 2004 the first-ever national survey regarding the use of Internet technologies in planning agencies of U.S. cities with a population of 25,000 or greater."
