Pacific Coast Capital Partners (PCCP) and its partner Anaheim Development LLC have closed escrow on a "19.3-acre parcel of land adjacent to Disneyland, where they plan to build Anaheim GardenWalk, a 390,000-square-foot mixed-use retail/hotel/timeshare project. Then, CB Richard Ellis released a report touting Disneyland's seemingly endless financial coattails. That animated garment, the study found, generates $3.6 billion for Southern California.

...'We've always known the power of Disney,' Stone says. 'As a builder of regional malls, we’re always looking at whether we can draw 10 million people. Disneyland has 46 million every year. We only need to capture a quarter of them.' "
