It looks like a bustling city street...but is it a mall in disguise? Hint: look for the posted code of conduct.

The latest rendition of the mall heads outdoors and embraces a theme of urbanism--adding plazas, sidealks, and street parking to the mix of shops. While many enjoy the urban ambience, "there's something a bit unhealthy about faux public places designed to attract rich people and make them feel comfortable" warns Andrew Blum.
