Newton has some financial departments in theirs. Cherokee's provides space for the tax commissioner, planning and zoning and some minor court functions.

Gwinnett's houses the Parks and Recreation board and features art exhibits. DeKalb's historical society occupies the first floor. The Fayette Chamber of Commerce uses that county's old courthouse."
