Dir. of San Diego Dialogue, and PPIC aimed to find out. MIR spoke with Chuck about the survey's implications for policy makers in California, as well as his thoughts on San Diego's proposed Regional Infrastructure & Transportation Agency and the special challenges of regionalism across international borders.
