"Voith, who is with architecture and engineering firm Leo A Daly Co., and his joint venture partners -- KHAFRA Engineering Consultants Inc., Anthony C. Baker Architects & Planners P.C., and Browder + Leguizamon and Associates -- believe the airport has led them down a road of deception.

...What is certain is that progress on a terminal desperately needed at the world's busiest airport is now stalled, possibly for years, because the city doesn't have completed designs. If they cannot be salvaged, the plans created by the design team could be scrapped.

...The dispute is important because Hartsfield-Jackson is Georgia's economic engine. The airport contributes $19 billion to the Georgia economy, or about a third more than the state of Georgia's annual budget."
