The American Association of Highway and Transportation Officials has selectedRiverside County's growth plan for a transportation planning pilot program. Theprogram, conducted in ten regions around the country, will study how statetransportation agencies can better work with other state and federal agencies. Therecognition comes as the county seeks funding to study four new transportationcorridors.
