Homewise has grown into a major provider of workshops and financial services to help Santa Fe's lower-income residents purchase their own homes. Today the organization is a pioneer in promoting affordable homeownership, a community development financial institution that offers a range of commercial real estate services with the added assurance that the buyer's financial well-being is the top priority.
