"...The company has tailored the homes to fit the historic look of Bay St. Louis, and Dennis said the cost for most prefab homes is about 40 percent less, per square foot, than traditional stick-built homes. In addition, he said, the quality of the construction is usually better.

...Steve Mouzon, who runs the Florida-based New Urban Guild, a quasi-talent agency for architects, has developed a certification system for builders, setting goals for designers to reach, in order to achieve "manufacture architecture" status, instead of manufactured home status."
