Founded and still run by the Ratner family, Forest City operates in over 20 states, and it has developed a knack for developing just the right project in just the right place. With four new projects in downtown L.A., Senior VP of Development Kevin Ratner shared with The Planning Report some of the keys to his familyâ€™s real estate success in L.A. and nationwide.
