One Cleveland is certainly a world-class Good Thing; its leaders deserve huge credit for dragging this community into the forefront of next-generation network technology. But does this really make Cleveland one of the most 'Intelligent Digital Communities' in the world?"

Yet "According to survey data acquired by Cleveland Digital Vision...only about half of Cleveland's adult residents have access to the Internet."
