Population loss continues for Cleveland and its inner-ring suburbs.

"The six counties that flank Cuyahoga County have seen population gains since 2000, but the region as a whole has lost residents due to the chronic, troublesome exodus from Cuyahoga, five-year estimates from the U.S. Census Bureau show."

58,000 residents moved out of Cuyahoga County last year. "Research shows that six in 10 families that leave Cuyahoga settle in a nearby county."
