Rouse Lecture on Monday, September 25 from 7:15- 8:00 p.m. (Eastern). This year's Rouse Lecturer is Henry Cisneros, former Secretary of HUD and Chairman and CEO, American CityVista. In the Rouse Lecture Webcast, Henry Cisneros will discuss "the Future of the American City" live via the Web. After Mr. Cisneros finishes his remarks, on-line viewers can email questions to Mr. Cisneros that will be answered by him during the Lecture's question and answer period.
