A Superior Court judge has ruled against the city of Los Angeles. Developers may demolish a low-income, aging, complex, and replace it.

After a five year battle, developers were given the right to demolish an aging low-income apartment complex in Venice and replace it with market-rate units. Opponents argue that the move will decrease the amount of low-income housing in the Venice area.
