"The City of Durango, Colorado is completing a Comprehensive Plan Update and wanted to share the land use plan with the community. The Preferred Plan was rendered in Google Earth using CommunityViz so stakeholders could view the proposal in a 3D environment. To guide the citizens in using the technology, the City produced a 5 minute video showing how to download Google Earth, load the plan and view the results. The video is available on the City's comp plan website or YouTube.com." (Thanks to Chuck Donley for the summary.)
