"While many municipalities have long aired meetings on local cable television, posting the video online lets viewers anywhere watch. It also gives users the luxury of not having to sit through an entire meeting or wait for it to air on TV. Visitors can scroll to an agenda item of a taped meeting, view what they're most interested in and ignore the rest."
