Redevelopment Claims One Of Colorado's Last Drive-Ins

In a trend being seen across the country, a 316-unit apartment complex will soon replace one of the last remaining drive-in movie theaters in the state of Colorado.

"The last picture show at Sheridan's Cinderella Twin Drive-In comes in September, meaning busy weekends for the site, which will soon become an apartment complex in the heart of a huge commercial redevelopment."

"When the final curtain comes for the Cinderella, Colorado will have only nine drive-ins left, and just one in the metro region."

"The Sheridan planning and zoning commission approved 4-1 the final site plan for an 11-acre, 316-unit apartment complex Wednesday night. Construction is expected to begin in November."
