"ViralKauai" posts a self-made video on YouTube pointing out the problems from overdevelopment of the beautiful island of Kauai.
Some of the tongue-in-cheek observations from the video:
"Just an hour down the road -- about 1/2 of a mile -- all you see now is a grove of cocoa palms. Soon, they'll be gone, replaced by 550 new gorgeous units, so you never have to leave. We're going that extra mile -- so you can't!"
"There is only one road that connects all sides of the island (57 miles). 30,000 cars on on this road during rush hour, twice daily. That's about 20 feet of road per car in either direction..."
"Just because traffic is stopped on Kauai, doesn't mean that progress has to be..."
"Flat real estate market? Not here. Take Ka'Halea for example. Today 2,000 pristine acres. Tomorrow, a carpet of gentlemen's estates -- from mountain to sea."
