In November, 2000 over 250 regional leaders from over 30 Southern California cities and communities came together at an event sponsored by the Southern California Transportation and Land Use Coalition to discuss the necessity of further public engagement and education around the issues and tradeoffs involved with growth issues in this region. The Southern California Transportation and Land Use Coalition publishes an updated and summary on the outcome of the event.
