The Open Architecture Network is "a system to allow architects and designers and innovators to share solutions amongst each other, and also to allow communities to find solutions to implement, based on systemic issues and post-disaster reconstruction," says Sinclair. "The sole purpose is based on social good, and not financial good"

Sinclair also discusses how the increasing access to technology is opening the doors to design. "Anyone has the tools to basically become an architect."

Wired: "That must be great for the certified architects."
