So how will Southern California's leaders come together to plan the necessary infrastructure to cope with this growth? Helping in this effort is the Los Angeles Economic Development Corporation's soon-to-be-released document, "60 Mile Circle: A Regional Portrait," which sets out a baseline for coming up with solutions by detailing the many challenges faced.
